The Tryon Fire Department is honored to be serving as the lead agency for the Town of Tryon Annual Christmas Parade. The parade is scheduled for December 13, 2023 with a weather date of December 20, 2023. The route of the parade will be the same as in years past. The line up will begin at 4:00 pm and the parade will begin at 5:00 pm.

The year has been one of growth, as we all have worked hard to recover from the pandemic. To be able to provide the quality of parade that we have over the years, the Fire Department has incurred increased operating costs.

Please consider making a donation to our parade fund which will assist us in defraying the costs of the parade this year.

Among our expenses are the Santa bags which we distribute to children who attend the parade, the floats used by Santa Claus and others, and paying for the marching band and the Hillbillies.

Donations of any amount are welcomed and very much appreciated. We have established three categories at which individuals or businesses can donate:

Benefactor: $200 or more
Sponsor: $100-$199
Patron: $50-$99

A Tax ID number is available for those who itemize deductions.
